Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a lively and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they walk in Assist servers by delivering menus and providing support to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand, waiting areas, and dining spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, making reservations or providing information about the restaurant's offerings Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Experience with restaurant POS systems, especially Toast is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential for creating welcoming interactions Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ready to grow your career in a family owned restaurant environment!
