Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they arrive. Take food and drink orders. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly. Process payments, handle cash, and provide correct change. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including wiping down tables and ensuring utensils and cups are clean and readily available. Refill condiments, drinks, and other items as needed. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the bistro. Assist kitchen staff in preparing food orders. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bistro operations. Promote specials, new menu items, and loyalty programs to customers. Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and cleanliness procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. Positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Physical Demands?
