Hot Tub Technician

Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of hot tubs to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Diagnose issues with spa equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, and jets, and help execute repairs efficiently using hand tools and power tools. Install new hot tubs with our team. Conduct water testing and balance chemical levels to maintain water quality and clarity. Troubleshoot mechanical problems quickly to minimize downtime and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future care. Requirements Some mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Prior service technician experience in pool or spa maintenance is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with pool cleaning, water chemistry, and related maintenance procedures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic plumbing or electrical work. Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers and coworkers. $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
