  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Hotel Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team.
In this pivotal role, you will support the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike, driving continuous improvement across all departments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management expertise and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced resort setting. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments. Lead and supervise staff to ensure outstanding customer service and adherence to hotel policies and standards. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors. Support revenue management strategies by monitoring occupancy rates, room pricing, and promotional activities to maximize profitability. Coordinate human resources functions such as staffing schedules, training programs, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives. Oversee budgeting processes, control expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies while maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff. Manage night audit procedures and assist with multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times. Foster a positive team environment through leadership in hospitality management practices, guest services excellence, and operational efficiency. Experience Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles. Strong background in hotel operations including front desk management, and guest relations. Demonstrated expertise in revenue management and budgeting processes to optimize financial performance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee development. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems; experience with night audit procedures is a plus. Leadership qualities that inspire teams, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a hospitality or resort environment.
