Responsibilities Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams Lead and motivate staff through effective supervision, coaching, and training to deliver exceptional guest experiences Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction Oversee revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, performance evaluations, and employee development programs Monitor budget adherence, control costs, and implement efficient resource allocation Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and industry regulations Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries and reservations efficiently Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality excellence, and continuous improvement Requirements Proven supervising experience within the hospitality management sector; previous hotel management experience preferred Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, guest services, revenue management, and human resources practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically and effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments simultaneously Experience with budgeting, financial reporting (including night audit processes), and hospitality management software systems Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of resort or hotel environments is advantageous; previous hotel or resort experience is preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while leading a dedicated team in a vibrant hospitality setting.
