Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring safe and efficient transfer to rooms or transportation Provide directions and local information to enhance guest experiences Coordinate with front desk staff to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes Manage guest requests promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and hospitality skills Maintain a clean and organized bellstand area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition Support night audit procedures as needed, including handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Skills Strong background in hospitality management and guest services Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel experience including luggage handling, guest relations, and resort operations Proficiency in phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Exceptional communication skills to foster positive guest relations This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on delivering outstanding service.
