Hotel Breakfast Attendant - Weekend Only

In this lively role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a welcoming breakfast environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm will help set the tone for a positive guest experience, making every morning special and seamless. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Replenish food and beverage items promptly to maintain a fully stocked breakfast area throughout service hours Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation and serving areas in accordance with food safety regulations Assist guests with inquiries, dietary needs, and special requests to enhance their breakfast experience Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to proper serving techniques and hygiene standards Monitor the buffet for quality control, removing expired or spoiled items promptly Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group bookings Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles preferred Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards essential for maintaining hygiene excellence Background in banquet service or dietary aide roles is a plus Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage preparation is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding breakfast experiences!
