Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Whether handling check-ins, addressing guest inquiries, or coordinating with other hotel departments, your proactive approach will be vital to our success. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and prompt assistance. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software. Conduct night audits to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment. Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing keys, and managing guest accounts. Support hotel management in ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Excellent communication skills combined with phone etiquette to handle guest interactions professionally. Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and problem-solving abilities. $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
