Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Clerk to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations during morning/evening shifts, and ensuring smooth hotel management functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management, guest relations, and hotel operations, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Multilingual skills and hotel experience are highly valued to enhance guest interactions and support diverse clientele. Duties Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining guest records. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly. Maintain phone etiquette and assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting routine checks. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness. Uphold high standards of hospitality management, guest services, and overall hotel operations. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Knowledge of hospitality management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is desirable. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment during night shifts. Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Pay:
$13.73 - $14.50 per hour
