Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and professional approach will create a warm and inviting atmosphere, setting the tone for a memorable stay. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, assist guests with their needs, and contribute to the smooth operation of our hotel. Whether managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding guest services and maintaining our hotel's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, or troubleshooting issues. Maintain professional phone etiquette while answering inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication. Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and facilities are well-maintained. Uphold guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally. Ability to manage night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with guest relations practices and hospitality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
