Corvallis, OR 97330 Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Hotel Front Desk Employee to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create memorable experiences for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and efficient check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to callers Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively Conduct night audits as required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Assist with guest relations by offering local recommendations, resolving issues, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently Prior experience in guest services, hotel experience, or resort environments is advantageous Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
