Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who can drive excellence in guest services, manage daily operations, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, maximizing revenue opportunities, and maintaining operational efficiency. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences that keep guests returning time and again. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth Oversee budgeting, financial management, and cost control initiatives to meet financial targets while maintaining high-quality standards Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and skilled team Monitor hotel operations through regular inspections, guest feedback analysis, and quality assurance measures Handle guest relations with professionalism and enthusiasm, resolving issues promptly to ensure positive experiences Maintain compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and hotel policies while fostering a safe environment for staff and guests Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial oversight within a resort or hotel setting Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in human resources management and team supervision Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, night audit procedures, and guest relations strategies Knowledge of hospitality management software systems and hotel operations tools Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and staff collaboration Join us as our Hotel General Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
