Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of our manufacturing or industrial environment. This role is vital in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and reliability of all mechanical, electrical, and facility systems. As a key leader, you will oversee maintenance activities, manage projects, and coordinate with various departments to uphold high standards of operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Handle all work orders at the hotel Conduct Preventative Maintenance Programs Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify potential issues early and coordinate repairs or replacements efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical systems (including high voltage), machinery operation, and environmental standards. Skills Proven experience in maintenance and constuction. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams. Familiarity with HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and industrial maintenance procedures. Excellent project management skills with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination.
