Hotel Housekeeper

Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to uphold hygiene standards. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas. Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms to ensure convenience and comfort for visitors. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobbies, elevators, restrooms, and recreational areas. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards. Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of cleaning equipment. Experience with industrial cleaning or custodial tasks is advantageous. Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality industry standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.
