Position Overview:

We're seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to support our shipping and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for packaging products, preparing shipments, handling returns, and helping ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to stay active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities:

Pack lampshades and related products safely and securely for shipment Prepare customer orders for shipping with accuracy and attention to detail Print shipping labels and process shipments through shipping software Organize outgoing shipments for UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and pickups Receive and inspect incoming deliveries and supplies Process customer returns and inspect returned merchandise Assist with inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness Move products and materials throughout the facility as needed Work closely with production and customer service teams to ensure accurate shipments Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Anything else as your supervisor asks.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Constant standing, walking, bending, and movement throughout the shift Ability to safely handle large and delicate products Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
