Responsibilities Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established protocols to ensure a spotless environment. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle janitorial tasks like waste removal, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to promote hygiene and safety. Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells with attention to detail. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to industrial cleaning and custodial practices to uphold a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is preferred; hotel experience is highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial procedures. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus but not mandatory. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks safely. Pay:
