Hotel Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall positive experience. Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial services is preferred, especially within hotel or hospitality settings. Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels as needed Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to ensure cleanliness and safety Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies in guest rooms Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain a high level of hospitality by providing courteous service to guests Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning requests as required Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes Qualifications Experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work; hotel experience is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Join our team to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.
