Hotel Housekeeping

Overview We are seeking a few dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required shifts for this position. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Manage housekeeping supplies and ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to uphold health and safety standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Skills Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Experience in housekeeping within hospitality settings is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50lb, carry laundry and caddies up and down stairs, and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
