Hotel Housekeeping

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as needed. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring all linens are cleaned and stored properly. Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required. Knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
