Senior Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of all property systems. This hands-on role focuses on identifying and resolving system defects, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all work meets regulatory and safety standards. You will respond promptly to guest requests, maintain accurate records, and help keep the resort operating at its best.

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance & Repairs:

Inspect and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the property. Ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and assist with routine upkeep.

Preventative Inspections:

Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems, including daily irrigation checks and quarterly roof reviews.

Guest Service:

Respond quickly and professionally to guest maintenance requests to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Documentation:

Keep detailed and accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
