Hotel Maintenance Technician

Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair issues across various systems using schematics, electrical diagrams, and tools such as ohmmeters. Conduct painting, and other handyman tasks to maintain the property's appearance and structural integrity. Supervise maintenance projects, coordinate with vendors or contractors when necessary, and oversee team members involved in facilities upkeep. Respond promptly to guest requests or facility emergencies with professionalism and a customer service-oriented mindset. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance, mechanical work, or related fields within hospitality or manufacturing environments. Mechanical knowledge including plumbing, carpentry, welding, and residential painting skills. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
