The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely. The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality of our operations while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for automation tasks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including mechanical knowledge and electrical experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
