Summary As a Hotel Manager at Best Western, you will oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of staff. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, and housekeeping. Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience. Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. In-depth knowledge of guest services principles and practices. Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial but not required. Experience in human resources functions related to hiring, training, and employee relations.
