Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, handle administrative tasks, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure our guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their stay. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to the smooth functioning of our hotel during nighttime hours, creating a safe and inviting environment for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Monitor hotel security systems, including CCTV surveillance, to maintain safety and security throughout the property. Manage overnight guest accounts, process payments, adjustments, and resolve billing discrepancies accurately. Prepare detailed shift reports, including daily summaries, incident logs, and financial documentation. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills. Conduct routine inspections of public areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety standards, and guest comfort are maintained overnight. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues that arise during the night shift. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk procedures, night audit processes, and hotel management systems. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Experience working in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest satisfaction and safety. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
