Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless overnight experience. In this vital role, you will oversee the night-time operations of the hotel, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk activities, and ensuring all financial and administrative tasks are accurately completed. Your proactive approach will help maintain the highest standards of hospitality while supporting a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Perform nightly audit procedures to verify, balance, and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and billing records Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, handling guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with exceptional customer service skills Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies and confidentiality standards Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Address guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and any irregularities encountered during overnight hours Requirements Proven experience in hospitality or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong knowledge of hotel systems, multi-line phone systems, and guest services procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations effectively Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with hospitality industry standards related to guest relations, security protocols, and hotel management practices Prior experience in resort or large hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory Join us in delivering memorable experiences around the clock!
