Job Description

Bonus hotel front desk experience . Weekend and holiday availability is required . Microsoft Word Sending professional email correspondence Using search engines for reservations and guest inquiries Checking in guests, creating invoices, and managing online bookings Active listening to understand guests' needs Ability to read nonverbal cues to gauge guest satisfaction Customer service skills - professional, friendly, and attentive during check-in, check-out, and guest requests. Problem-solving ability - able to identify and resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively.
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
