Hotel Receptionist

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently. Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and room assignments using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure positive guest relations. Support night audit procedures by reviewing daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency with multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with guest relations, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism. Previous experience in night audit or overnight shifts is a plus but not required.
