Hotel Room Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with floor care tasks as needed, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Provide excellent hospitality by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
