We are hiring an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide administrative support for all operational and project-related activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Access client system and maps to obtain work order details and required completion dates. Create tickets based on work order information in Diggers Hotline ProPortal (web-based system) to have facilities located. Print, collate, and distribute work packets assigned to Miller Pipeline from client. Document work schedule in client's system. Update job tracking spreadsheets daily.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills including ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. Ability to read, navigate, and plan using complicated maps. Above average computer skills including MS Office and ability to learn and adapt to various unique user interfaces. Ability to plan your work and meet deadlines. Above average organizational skills and attention to detail required. Familiarity and understanding of underground utility facilities, state law, and role of Diggers Hotline preferred.
