Job Description
At Rockland Harbor Hotel, every detail matters in creating an exceptional guest experience. From spotless rooms and crisp linens to a warm, welcoming breakfast each morning, our team ensures guests feel cared for at every step of their stay. We're seeking a reliable, service-oriented House Attendant who can confidently support a blend of housekeeping, laundry, and breakfast host responsibilities. This multi-talented role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys guest interaction, and thrives in a team focused environment. You'll be part of a supportive team that values hard work, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. This position require a flexible schedule, with the ability to work Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clean, comfortable, and wellprepared guest rooms and public spaces. Support laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Set up, monitor, and replenish the daily breakfast service with a friendly, welcoming presence. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service. Provide warm, attentive guest service and respond to needs or questions promptly. Follow hotel cleanliness standards, safety procedures, and brand guidelines. Collaborate with the housekeeping and front-of-house teams to support smooth daily operations.What We're Looking For:
A dependable team member with strong attention to detail, reliability and time management. Someone comfortable balancing both guest-facing and back-of-house tasks. A positive, professional attitude and commitment to quality. Ability to work Saturday and Sunday, as weekend coverage is required. Prior housekeeping or breakfast attendant experience is preferred. Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and carrying items.
