Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rental spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation to ensure a hygienic environment Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Manage janitorial duties such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper sanitation protocols are followed. Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning techniques for different surfaces including carpets, hardwood floors, tiles, and upholstery. Experience with laundry services and managing household chores efficiently. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols related to cleaning supplies and equipment.
