Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy living environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, listening to their needs, and addressing any special requests or concerns. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored properly for optimal performance. Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required, demonstrating versatility in household tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work, with familiarity in commercial or hotel housekeeping preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Experience with custodial responsibilities or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous. Knowledge of various cleaning products and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
