You'll be cleaning residential homes and occasionally commercial spaces, working directly with clients who expect consistent, high-quality results. Responsibilities Clean residential homes including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms Handle laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing when requested Perform floor care including sweeping, scrubbing, and carpet cleaning as needed Communicate professionally with clients and address any specific requests or concerns Manage your supplies and report any maintenance issues or low inventory promptly Maintain consistent quality across every job. Our reputation depends on it Qualifications Prior experience in residential, hotel, or commercial cleaning preferred Reliable transportation to get to job sites independently Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your time without supervision Professional, friendly attitude with clients Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the day Familiarity with standard cleaning products and equipment What to Expect Flexible scheduling, consistent work, and a team that treats you like a professional.
