House Cleaner

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to preserve their appearance and longevity. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Manage sanitation procedures by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote a healthy living environment. Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and organizing storage areas for optimal cleanliness. Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, following safety protocols, and maintaining detailed records of completed tasks. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects safely, and operating cleaning equipment. Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, buffers, and disinfectants. Attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards consistently. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required.
