Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor care routines, and appropriate maintenance techniques Prepare homes for special occasions or regular upkeep by organizing spaces and ensuring all areas are tidy Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic knowledge of laundry processes and stain removal techniques Experience with commercial cleaning or custodial work is a plus but not required Join us in creating clean, welcoming homes where clients feel comfortable and cared for!
