House Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a detail oriented and energetic House Cleaners to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential, business and vacation rental spaces, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. Your keen eye for cleanliness, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create sparkling homes that clients love. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all types of homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, and ensuring proper sanitation practices, including basic cooking assistance if needed Care for flooring through specialized floor care techniques such as buffing or carpet cleaning to preserve their appearance and longevity Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health standards, including bathrooms and common spaces Manage custodial tasks like trash removal, replenishing supplies, and organizing storage areas to keep homes tidy and functional Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing any special requests or concerns promptly Experience Previous cleaning experience preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, however not required Familiarity with residential cleaning routines and tools such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and mops, steel polishes ect Experience in commercial or hospitality cleaning environments demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing and stain removal Hands-on experience with laundry services Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards is a must Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable homes!
