House Cleaner (Private)

High-trust housekeeping / property support position available in Lexington (near University of Kentucky)- $5,000/month for the right long-term fit. This is a steady, reliable role for someone seeking predictable income and long-term consistency rather than fluctuating one-time cleaning jobs. Work includes full-property cleaning and upkeep for a high-end home and office environment (two locations 10 minutes apart). All cleaning tasks are compensated at the same blended rate — including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, windows, laundry, organizational tasks, vehicle cleaning, restocking supplies, and occasional light errands.

Typical duties may include:

Bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, dishes Deep cleaning Daily freshening of home Laundry and occasional delicate/hand-wash items Window and glass cleaning Vehicle interior/exterior cleaning Restocking household/office supplies Checklist-based property upkeep and organization Occasional light errands (coffee, supplies, etc.) Seeking someone who is: Extremely dependable and punctual Detail-oriented and proactive Comfortable working in a high-standard environment Experienced around luxury homes/items Professional, discreet, and trustworthy Strong references and clean background This is not a casual side-gig role. We are looking for someone dependable who values stable, long-term work and takes pride in maintaining a property to a very high standard.

Pay:

$5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have the ability to work some Saturdays if needed? This job requires coming exactly on the days/times we schedule (not flexible). Are you able to commit to this? Do you have experience cleaning high-end homes/items? This is a service position and requires a service oriented attitude. Explain your comfortability with this? No cell phones are allowed in the home (In the office it is allowed)- we provide a separate phone is case of emergencies while cleaning. Can you comply with this? This job involves all types of cleaning - may include grills, cars, garden, windows, deep cleaning, large spaces, etc. All cleaning is paid at the same rate. How do you feel about this?
