House cleaner. You work ALONE. Maid service in Spring TX

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. 1 house a day , not multiple homes each day. You will work alone, not in a team. Job starts at 9.00 a.m. You can't start earlier than 9 a.m. NO evening/night shifts are available. On most days, you will finish around 1-1.30 p.m. but you must be able to stay as late as 5.00 PM on any day without prior notice (move-outs, deep cleanings, etc.).

Pay:

Per job, NOT per hour (experienced fast cleaners make $18-20/h) You will be a W-2 employee, not a 1099 contractor. We pay by direct deposit every 2 weeks. $700-900 per paycheck.

REQUIREMENTS

(read carefully): Your own reliable car (no uber, no sharing cars etc.), active Driver's License, SSN, English (unfortunately, we do not speak any other language), and permission to work in the USA. Prior paid residential cleaning experience (maid service, private house cleaner, etc. Cleaning your own house, cleaning at fast food etc. do not count.) Ability to pass a background check and a drug test. Ability to move fast , clean baseboards on hands and knees, bend over, lift 25 lb, etc. This job is

EXTREMELY

physical. Can you run a mile? Can you easily go up and down the stairs a few times? If the answer is no, this job is not a good fit. It will require you to move fast for hours in a row, get on your hands and knees often, and climb a 3-step stepping stool, A good vision and eye for detail is a must-have. You genuinely have to LOVE to clean. When you love cleaning, it shows; you will be in high demand among clients and will get more tips.

Key points:

- You don't have to stop at the office before/after work. You will drive straight from your house to the client's house and back. You skip morning traffic as you start at 9.00 a.m. - You will work solo (W-2). No teams, no drama, no waiting for others, no stress. No long boring weekly meetings. - You can listen to music while working and you will be allowed (and required) to have your cell phone with you at all times. - Replenish supplies at the storage unit when it is convenient for YOU. 7 days per week. DUTIES :

cleaning ovens and fridges, DETAILED dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing showers and toilets, vacuuming blinds, washing baseboards on hands and knees, cleaning microwaves, loading the dishwasher, changing bedsheets, wiping counters and cabinets, removing trash, etc. You will clean homes with cats and/or dogs.
