Duties Coordinate and supervise all aspects of household management, including scheduling maintenance, managing vendors, and overseeing household staff Plan and execute special events, gatherings, and family celebrations with attention to detail and creative flair Oversee childcare responsibilities, including supervising children's activities, coordinating schedules, and ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism Manage residential cleaning routines, laundry services, and housekeeping schedules to maintain a pristine environment Provide personal assistance by handling administrative tasks such as appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained across all areas of the home Assist with meal planning and cooking when needed, ensuring nutritious and enjoyable dining experiences for residents and guests Requirements Proven experience in personal assistant roles or household management within luxury residences or hospitality settings Strong background in event planning, cleaning, laundry, cooking, and property management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing household staff or service teams Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines Knowledge of hotel or hospitality standards for maintaining high-quality service in a residential setting Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, vendor coordination, and record keeping is preferred Join us as a House Manager to bring energy, organization, and excellence into one of the most important spaces—the home.
