ASAP About Our Family We are a warm, welcoming family of four with two children, and our home is often filled with activity, connection, and quality time together. While both parents work part-time schedules, we've intentionally built our lives around being present and involved with our children. We deeply value family time and want our home to feel calm, joyful, and inviting — a place where we can fully enjoy this season of life together. Our ideal home environment is organized and well-functioning, but also lived-in, social, and full of warmth. We love spending time together as a family, hosting friends and loved ones, and creating meaningful memories in our home. During the summer especially, we enjoy entertaining and having people over, and we'd love additional support behind the scenes so we can focus more on connection, fun, and being present rather than constantly managing household logistics and to-do lists. Our household is balanced in energy: not chaotic, but certainly active and busy with the natural rhythm of family life. We appreciate organization, thoughtful systems, and proactive support, while also understanding the realities that come with raising children and maintaining a full home. We currently rely on extended family support, have a bi-weekly cleaning service, and use meal delivery services to help simplify busy weeks, but we're looking to bring in a dedicated household professional who can help create more consistency, ease, and breathing room within our day-to-day life. Who You Are / What We're Looking For We're looking for a thoughtful, proactive household professional who genuinely enjoys creating calm, order, and ease within a home. You naturally notice what needs to be done, take initiative without needing constant direction, and find fulfillment in helping a busy household run smoothly behind the scenes. You bring a warm, grounded presence into the home while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong boundaries. You're approachable, dependable, and highly capable of working independently, stepping in where support is needed and anticipating needs before they arise. You likely enjoy creating systems, organizing spaces, and improving day-to-day routines in thoughtful, practical ways. Whether helping maintain welcoming spaces or streamlining household operations, you take pride in making life feel lighter and more manageable for the families you support. Prior household management experience is preferred, and comfort around children is important, though childcare is a secondary aspect of the role. Above all, you're reliable, communicative, adaptable, and understand the value of helping a family spend more time together and less time managing household stress.
