POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Housekeeper at Rivertown Rose Campgrounds in Vicksburg, Mississippi. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing park facilities, including restrooms, cabins, rental units, and common areas throughout the RV park and campground.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers, laundry areas, cabins, rental units, and park offices according to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as clubhouses, pavilions, and recreational spaces. Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towel, etc.) as needed. Remove trash and debris regularly from assigned areas. Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning schedules and complete assigned checklists. Assist with laundry duties, including washing and folding linens or towels. Ensure all facilities are guest -ready and meet company cleanliness standards. Provide friendly and respectful customer service to guests if approached.

Skill and Experience:

1-3 years hands-on work experience in areas such as cleaning, housekeeping. Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred (hospitality or campground setting a plus). Comfortable working in outdoor environments and various weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. RV Park experience is a plus. This job description is subject to change at any time.
