Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floors through specialized care techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to preserve their appearance and durability Ensure all areas adhere to sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents' or guests' requests and addressing any concerns professionally Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to maintain operational efficiency Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry operations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with residents or guests Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; hotel experience is a plus Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or scheduling tools is advantageous A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Join us in creating pristine spaces where comfort and cleanliness come together!
