Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and hallways Perform daily housekeeping duties, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms Restock supplies of linens, toiletries, and cleaning products Assist with laundry services and maintain the cleanliness of laundry areas Respond to resident requests for housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall experience of our residents

Requirements:

0 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment, supplies, and resident belongings as needed Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction
