Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is under the direct supervision of the Administrator. The individual in this position will be expected to clean the resident's rooms, wash laundry when needed, and clean common areas of the building.

Daily Tasks:

1. In charge of cleaning resident's units and the building's common areas including elevators, stairwells, etc. to include; dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes, tidying up rooms, closets, and cabinets, and cleaning windows, etc. 2. Empties trash on a daily basis. 3. Assist C.N.A's with washing resident's laundry. 4. Reports to supervisor all hazardous situations, broken equipment, damaged furniture, burned out bulbs, fire safety issues/violations, and any similar circumstances. 5. Assist with evacuation procedures. 6. Attends all staff meetings. 7. Assist Administrator with ordering Janitorial Supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Works with HOT Water & Strong Chemicals. 2. Lifts and carries moderately heavy equipment and furniture. 3. Frequently exposed to soils of human waste. 4. Ability to get along with the elderly. 5. Some experience with the industry. 6. Good physical condition. 7. Ability to work on feet with moderately heavy equipment and people.

Dress Code:

Scrubs and Closed in Shoes.
