Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and ensure spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing sanitation standards, and providing outstanding customer service to guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment for the guests Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process Manage custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, bending, crouching, stooping & kneeling Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with cleaning equipment including vacuums, carpet cleaners and janitorial tools Prior experience in housekeeping cleaning teams is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
