Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and garments. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining high standards of hygiene. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
• Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Assist with the organization of laundry areas to ensure efficiency.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements
• Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of laundering techniques and dry cleaning processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service are essential.
