Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms & suites, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Maintain impeccable floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines. Follow all janitorial and custodial protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and upholstery maintenance. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry operations and managing household or hotel linens efficiently. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to coordinate daily tasks effectively. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products to maximize efficiency while ensuring safety. Prior hotel or custodial experience is highly desirable for understanding high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
