What You'll Do:
- As a Housekeeper, the clean, healing environment that you create will improve the comfort and well-being of our residents, guests and team. This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas and resident rooms + Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas + Dispose of trash and waste + Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed + Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and organized environment + Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff + Operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machines, vacuums, etc.

What You'll Bring:
- Qualifications of a Housekeeper include:
- + High school graduate or equivalent preferred + Ability to read, write and comprehend English + Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards + Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, fire prevention and safety measures in long-term care are highly valued but not required; training will be provided + Compassionate and empathetic nature + Ability to work effectively in a team environment •We Hire for Heart!
