Housekeeper

Job Title:

Resort Housekeeper We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Resort Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and resort facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, cottages, and common areas according to resort standards Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management Ensure housekeeping carts are stocked and organized Respond promptly to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces Follow all resort safety and sanitation procedures Assist with laundry duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Friendly attitude with a commitment to excellent guest service Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods Reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays as needed
