Housekeeper and Laundry

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

In this role, you'll help make every guest's stay feel welcoming and stress-free by keeping guest rooms and common areas fresh, well-stocked, and beautifully maintained. Hours:

15-35 hrs per week Part time and Full time positions available Responsibilities vary but may include: Clean guest rooms and public areas with care, consistency, and attention to detail Prepare guest rooms to meet or exceed hotel cleanliness standards Restock linens and amenities so every room is guest-ready Work efficiently to deliver timely, friendly service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Return all keys and equipment at the end of each shift Complete tasks in line with quality expectations and inventory procedures Accurately fill out housekeeping tracking sheets during each shift Deliver requested items to guest rooms in coordination with the front desk Report any unusual conditions or repair needs to the front desk or manager Handle lost and found items according to department procedures Follow all safety guidelines set by the hotel, state, and federal policies Who you are: You take pride in your work and notice the small details You enjoy helping others and being part of a team You are dependable, hardworking, and eager to exceed expectations
